Alex "MathMetiX" Morea is the Founder & CEO of Rooms4You, a South African proptech company dedicated to building the next generation of trusted rental technology for Africa. A software developer, entrepreneur, and product strategist, he has led the company's vision, architecture, and execution from day one, with a mission to make renting safer, simpler, and more transparent.

After witnessing the risks, scams, and frustrations that many people face when searching for accommodation through informal channels, Alex set out to build a safer, smarter, and more trusted platform where tenants and landlords can connect with confidence.

Under his leadership, Rooms4You has evolved beyond a rental listings platform into a growing ecosystem focused on trust and accessibility. From accommodation discovery and verification to tenant safety initiatives such as Guardian4You and future mobility services through Bakkie4You, the company is creating technology that removes friction from everyday living.

Today, Alex is leading Rooms4You's mission to build the trust infrastructure for South Africa's rental economy through technology, verification, transparency, and community-driven growth, with a long-term vision of expanding trusted rental solutions across Africa.
