Every report helps protect the Rooms4You community. If you believe someone is attempting to scam you, impersonate Rooms4You, or advertise a fraudulent listing, please let us know as soon as possible.

Fraud reports help us investigate suspicious activity, remove fake listings, identify repeat offenders, improve platform security, and protect other tenants and landlords.
Even if you're unsure whether something is a scam, we'd rather investigate it than have someone else become a victim.

🔍 What Happens After You Report?
- We acknowledge receipt of your report.
- Our Trust & Safety Team reviews the information provided.
- We investigate the listing or account involved.
- If necessary, we may temporarily restrict or remove content while the investigation is underway.
- Where appropriate, additional verification or evidence may be requested.
🔒 Your Privacy
We treat fraud reports confidentially. Information you provide will be used to investigate the reported activity and improve the safety of the platform. We will only share information when required by law or as necessary to investigate and address fraudulent behaviour.
